Interior Design Process

EXPLORATION: Through exploration, we, the interior designer, learn all about, your, the client’s, needs and wants. At the end of the meeting we will have gained a clear understanding of your design goals and objectives.

INITIATION: The design initiation phase is where the designer is armed with sufficient information that was secured during the exploration meeting with you. Space planning, color solutions, furniture selection ideas and architectural elements may be included in this process.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: The design development is one of the most exciting steps of the design process. Using rendered floor plans, interior elevations and 3D visualizations, you will be be able to see the design concept before it is actually implemented. This is also your time to share your likes and dislikes about the design concept so that we may make reasonable changes and quickly move to the next phase.

DESIGN AGREEMENT: Contract document occurs when we, designer and client, is ready for installation. Design Magnifique prepares detailed construction documents, which are given to third parties involved with the installation of your design. Third parties, such as contractors, consultants or fabric workrooms, may be secured to assist with the installation of your design.

DESIGN DELIVERY: Installation of your design is now ready. The designer will maintain close contact with you and third parties to ensure a smooth, timely delivery and installation of your design.

EVALUATION: Upon final delivery of your design, Design magnifique will welcome you to your new space as well as present the new features of your space.
