Commercial Design process:

PROGRAMMING: Design Magnifique, Inc. views this phase as the most important step in the design process. Through this information-gathering session, we learn about your design needs and wants along with your company’s goals and objectives. Your company’s goals and objectives serves as the guiding principle for the design concept.

SCHEMATIC PHASE: The design schematic phase is all about putting your design concept together. Armed with the information gathered in the programming phase, we will begin space planning, color concepts, furniture and finishes selections and architectural details.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: The design development is one of the most exciting part of the design process. Using architectural detailing, rendered floor plans, elevations and 3D visuals, you will  be able to see the design concept before it is actually implemented. This is your time to share your likes and dislikes about the design concept so that we may make changes and quickly move to the next phase.

CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: The design concept is now complete, agreed upon by you and Design Magnifique and ready for installation. Design Magnifique prepares detailed construction documents, generated for contractors, for installation of your design.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION: As project manager, Design Magnifique maintains close contact with you and contractors to ensure a smooth, timely and successful implementation of your design.

EVALUATION: Upon final delivery of your design, Design Magnifique will welcome you to your space as well as present the new features of your space.
